Rolling back the years on our historical buildings and landmarks, one year at a time.
Historical buildings are an important part of our national identity, they tell a story through their heritage and are a part of our collective history. Like any other structure, these buildings need care and maintenance to ensure that they’re at their best for todays and future generations to enjoy.
What we do
We provide a range of services for Historical buildings, all focused on sympathetic rejuvenation using various non-intrusive cleaning techniques.
When it comes to innovative access techniques, we’ve always been the innovators in our market – if a new method of access will improve the service we offer, we master it. That’s why we were the first in the UK to adopt rope-access (abseiling) for our building refurbishment services which allows us to restore the fabric of a building without the need for scaffolding.
We’ve a number of methods of access, and we’ll work with you to decide what’s the best one for the job, the building and the local environment.
Like the craftsmen who built them, we have the expertise and skill to restore historical buildings gently and sympathetically. We use systems that are so gentle and effective. they’re endorsed by English Heritage.
We understand that a centuries-old building has a unique patina, which is why we clean and refurbish sympathetically to bring out the natural beauty, rather than trying to make it look brand-new.
We understand that our service is only as good as the talents of our team. That’s why the expertise and training of our staff is of paramount importance, so they’re fully prepared for the tough and exacting work they do. Over the years we’ve gained the top accreditations in our industry, and maintain them through regular auditing and a continuous programme of staff training and improvement.
From the first friendly chat to the last happy handshake, we’re here to make everything simple and easy, and to complete the job in hand in an efficient, safe and enjoyable way to the highest of standards.
